How to Use Powerizers for an Extreme Cardio Workout
The new Powerizers are really the new way of doing cardio workouts. You can run up to 20 mph and jump up to 6ft.(so they claim) They really do give you a great workout and there loads of fun. Strap on your Powerizer's and start working out.
STEPS :
1. Learn to run *after* you are comfortable walking by yourself.
2. Keep in mind you will not be able to stop quickly, so stay away from other moving, unpredictable objects like children playing or moving cars!!!
3. When you are ready to try running, start off with a brisk walk.
4. Start putting a little "hop" into each stride. Before you know it, you will be running! Bigger "hops" with each stride result in longer strides. Soon, you will have ran 2 miles and actually enjoyed it. Not only do they give you this great workout, they even give you an extra pump in your legs and hamstrings.
5. To stop running, take it slow and easy.
6. Gradually slow down to a walk, and then stop when you are to a place you can hang on to something.
TIPS :
* Stay away from roads and cars, slopes, stairs, and the indoors
* Have fun and enjoy passing all the other runners.
